44” Deltaformer Paper Machine
This is the most advanced pilot unit of its kind in North America. Three layer webs using similar or dissimilar fibers can be produced. Multiple forming angles permit a range of product densities. This machine can produce up to 5 tons on 10-hour days. Forming consistencies as low as .005% can process fibers up to 1” long. Variable speed recessed impeller pumps can deliver up to 4000 GPM to the headbox. Steam heated (120 psig) dryer cylinders are used for drying.
